Our cient is a boutique recruitment consultancy with over 20 years experience specialising in the Creative industries including Architecture and Interior Design. Their team is experienced, relationship-driven and trusted by leading brands and design practices , consisting of motivated consultants who value autonomy, flexibility, and genuine collaboration. With an extremely strong client base and warm desks across temp and perm they give their consultants the tools, trust, and freedom to succeed whilst enjoying the support of a close-knit, ambitious team.
It's been a brilliant couple of year for them and they are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Principal, 4-10+ years, who is looking for a new challenge.
They are looking for consultants with a background in the Creative/Profesionnal Services industries across temp or perm desks, who want to do great work without the big-agency grind.
This is a role built on trust and flexibility, whether that's a four-day week, school hours, or a tailored arrangement that fits around your life.
