Senior Support Worker - Residential Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities Location: Neath Salary: 13.50 per hour

Full-Time Permanent 37.5 hours/week

Rolling Rota 07:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00

What this role involves:

Supporting the day-to-day operations of a residential service for adults aged 18-65 Assisting the Registered Manager with shift management and compliance Supporting residents' families and encouraging independence Ensuring residents' safety and following personalised care plans Engaging residents in community activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips Providing personal care at varying levels
Key requirements:

Experience in a residential care setting preferred NVQ Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent Resilient, compassionate, and dedicated to person-centred care A full UK driving license is essential due to the location Comfortable delivering personal care and supporting individuals with complex needs
