Job Title: Senior Recruitment Support - Elderly Care
Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 [plus 10% SMART objectives based bonus paid quarterly]
Hours: Full-time
Location: Jasmine Support Hub in Sleaford, Lincolnshire

A little about the Senior Recruitment Support Role:
The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in shaping Jasmines hiring strategy. You'll lead recruitment for senior and specialist roles, act as a trusted partner to our leadership team, and take ownership of managing our agency partnerships and PSL. This is more than filling roles - it's about building strong talent pipelines, delivering a brilliant candidate experience, and helping us attract the very best people to drive Jasmine forward.

Day to Day Responsibilities for the Senior Recruitment Support Role:
Senior Hiring

• To own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior, niche, and leadership positions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand needs, advise on hiring strategies, and influence decision-making with data and insights.
• Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
• Ensure candidates experience a smooth, transparent, and positive journey
• Keep job descriptions and adverts relevant and enticing

Agency & PSL Management

• Manage and develop our PSL and agency partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and fees to maximize value while maintaining strong relationships.
• Track performance and provide regular reviews to keep quality and efficiency high.
• Act as the main point of contact for agencies and suppliers, ensuring consistent collaboration.

Recruitment Strategy & Insights

• Share market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insights with hiring managers.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and support our diversity and inclusion goals.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify improvements and drive better outcomes.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to continuously evolve how we attract and hire talent.

Essential Requirements for the Senior Recruitment Support Role:

• 2 year's experience in a recruitment role
• 1 year's experience of recruiting for senior and leadership roles
• Experience managing PSLs and agency relationships, with strong negotiation and performance management skills
• Strong experience with direct sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, headhunting)
• Experience in working in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment
• Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Preferred Requirements for the Senior Recruitment Support Role:

• Five years' experience of recruitment and direct sourcing
• Experience recruiting at senior level within both in-house and agency environments.
• Background in managing executive search firms or retained search assignments
• Strong excel skills
