Job Title: Senior Refrigeration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our team in London. As a Senior Refrigeration Engineer, you will play a key role in our industrial and commercial refrigeration projects across London. You will lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, ensuring the successful completion of projects and providing technical expertise in refrigeration and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor Junior Engineers: Guide and supervise junior engineers, providing technical expertise, training, and support to ensure project success.
• Design and Sales: Utilize your proven experience to design and sell refrigeration and HVAC systems, particularly in commercial and industrial settings.
• Technical Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC principles, equipment, codes, and standards to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
• Design Software Proficiency: Use industry-specific design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools to create detailed designs and plans.
• Sales Achievement: Demonstrate strong sales acumen by consistently achieving sales targets and building enduring client relationships.
• Communication and Presentation: Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Apply your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring project efficiency.
• Project Management: Be self-motivated and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and selling refrigeration and HVAC systems, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC principles, equipment, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in using industry-specific design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
