As our Senior Product Marketing Manager (Video Games), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AAA gaming portfolio, bringing iconic franchises to life across diverse markets. We're looking for a

Senior Regional Product Marketing Manager

to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our slate of exciting AAA titles across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You'll own how these titles appear in-market, ensuring our campaigns resonate with cultural relevance, platform intelligence, and emotional resonance among console and PC audiences.


This role sits at the heart of our regional marketing team. It requires a deep understanding of regional consumer behavior, creators and influencer networks, platform ecosystems, and high-touch campaign planning. You'll work across functions and time zones to drive marketing excellence and product visibility in some of the most important gaming markets in the world.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies

for new Hasbro/WoTC titles across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, tailored to local players, platforms, and media.

Adapt global positioning and messaging

to regional cultural and consumer insights, ensuring our games land authentically in each market.

Collaborate with

our development studios, global publishing, PR, influencer, and commercial teams to coordinate campaign launches, events, and creative rollout.

Partner with

regional platform leads (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam) to maximize store visibility, editorial support, and regional activations.

Build and execute regional influencer and creator programs

in partnership with our global Director of Digital Marketing, identifying talent, campaign integration, and social amplification.

Collaborate with regional community managers

to align campaign content with live community needs, moments, and sentiment.

Own the regional product marketing roadmap

from pre-announcement narrative strategy through launch and post-launch windows.

Brief and localize marketing assets

(trailers, key art, landing pages, social content) in collaboration with global creative teams. Serve as the

regional stakeholder in global marketing syncs

, representing local perspectives and ensuring regional execution is supported and on time.

Analyse and report on performance metrics

(awareness, conversion, preorders, engagement), and recommend optimizations by region.

Qualifications



Demonstrable experience

in product marketing, brand management, or publishing roles in the

games industry.

Proven

success leading marketing strategies

for free-to-play or premium console or PC titles in multiple international markets. Strong understanding of

regional creator economies

, including platform trends (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Bilibili) and influencer culture. Experience crafting

community-forward campaign strategies

that build fandom and drive long-term engagement

Deep familiarity with regional differences

in player behaviour, platform strategy, and market dynamics across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Experience executing

cinematic, story-driven, or high-fidelity game campaigns

. Skilled in

cross-functional collaboration

, with the ability to manage stakeholders across time zones and disciplines. Strong

communication, project management, and strategic

planning skills.

Data-informed

, with comfort using KPIs and player insights to drive decisions.

Bonus Points:



Experience with AAA fantasy, RPG, action-adventure, or narrative-led IPs. Experience launching games/video games at a global scale. Background in building cultural marketing campaigns, creators, cosplay/community integrations, or premium content storytelling. Strong relationships with global creators or influencer agencies. Experience working directly with studios.
