, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated
Senior Resident Services Associate
to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our award-winning Build to Rent developments. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional resident experiences, leading and supporting the on-site team, and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the development.
You'll be a natural leader with a passion for people, detail, and service excellence -- someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where every day brings something new.
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
What You Will Do
Lead, motivate and support the Resident Services Team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Deliver first-class customer service to residents and guests, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
Manage move-ins, checkouts, inventories, and inspections to ensure a seamless resident experience
Oversee leasing and renewals, maintaining high levels of resident retention and occupancy
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes and standards
Liaise closely with central teams across finance, H&S, ESG, and learning & development
Manage maintenance requests, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely completion of works
Maintain building security, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Support marketing and resident engagement initiatives, including events and communications
Monitor and review performance, providing feedback and training to support team development
What You Will Have
Proven experience in a customer-facing role within property, hospitality, or a similar environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/booking systems
Understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications (desirable - training provided)
