We're looking for a dedicated
Senior Residential Care Practitioner
to help lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for children and young people.
In this role, you'll:
Support the emotional, social, educational, and physical needs of young people.
Act as a positive role model, encouraging independence and resilience.
Share responsibility with the Deputy Manager for the day-to-day running of the home.
Supervise, support, and develop staff to deliver high-quality care.
Oversee care plans, safeguarding responsibilities, and compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements.

What you'll need:
At least
2 year's experience
working in a residential childcare environment.
Experience supporting or supervising staff (desirable).
A Level 4 Diploma in Children, Young People & Families (or willingness to work towards it).
Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
