Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Childcare Worker to support the House Manager in the day to day runnings of one of our homes. In this role you will play a vital part leading the staff team supporting the individual needs of children and young people, helping them thrive in a nurturing environment. Your contributions will be essential in fostering their development and emotional well-being.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential childcare setting. Excellent communication, leadership skills and confidence in your decision making. Professional Qualifications including SVQ Level 3 Social Services (Children and Young People) and HNC Social Care. SVQ Level 4 (Children and Young People) is desirable. Have a trauma informed approach to the care you provide. Have a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Full UK driving license is essential. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
