What you'll bring

You'll already have experience working with children or young people, and you'll know that patience, calmness and compassion are just as important as any qualification. You'll also bring: An HNC in Social Care SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) or equivalent Confidence in planning, professional recording and report writing A manual driving licence Flexibility to work shifts, including overnight stays when needed You'll need to be a member of the PVG Scheme and registered with the SSSC

What you'll get from us

We'll support you with training, regular reflective supervision and a workplace culture that puts relationships first not just with the young people in our care, but with each other too. This is a team that looks out for one another, learns together and takes pride in making a difference.

If you're looking for a role where what you do truly matters, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today.
