Entry Requirements:
Must have Level 3 in Residential in Children and Young People or equivalent.
Experience leading a team shift for 12 months
Working with Children/Young people in a residential setting for at least 2 years
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
DOLS experience
Experience in trauma informed model of care
Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements
Be confident and resilient
Computer literacy.
A driving licence.
