We are currently seeking
compassionate, dedicated Support Workers
to join our growing team in our Ofsted-registered children's homes. If you're driven by purpose and want to be valued, supported, and appreciated for your hard work -- you'll feel right at home with us.
What You'll Do
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping children and young people (aged 8-17) overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes. You will:
Support children with daily routines including personal care, mealtimes, education, and recreation.
Build trusting relationships that promote emotional security and resilience.
Implement individual care plans, tailored to each young person's needs.
Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills.
Maintain accurate and professional records of daily activities and incidents.
Work collaboratively with parents, social workers, and professionals.
Participate in training and team development sessions.
Drive to appointments or community activities (where applicable).
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary).
Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People (or willingness to work towards it).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children.
IT literacy for recording and reporting purposes.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
