The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Shop Manager to join our brand new Oxfam Holywood Superstore !


Our Holywood Superstore launched in Spring 2024 and it's about eight times bigger than the average Oxfam shop with 7,000 square feet. The quality and volume of pre-loved garments in our Holywood Superstore are set to make this a shopping destination for the island of Ireland.


To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:


Demonstrable relevant experience in a retail environment including customer service focus and a hands-on approach. Experience or interest in merchandising & good attention to detail. Experience sorting and pricing textiles in charity retail is desirable.
