We're looking for an ambitious and motivated Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our passionate team at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. In this integral role you'll lead the delivery of a diverse and effective, high volume retail food and beverage operation at world-class matches and events. Senior Retail Operations Manager - the role
Leading first class non-match day and match day retail operations including event day coordination and logistics
Training, leading, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service
Managing costings and analysing financial data
Ensuring that we are operating in line with our sustainability goals
Operating and ensuring a consistently safe and secure environment in line with all relevant legislation and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a large-scale retail operations role
Great people leadership and organisational skills - ability to engage and lead people
A highly confident and positive mindset
Strong understanding of EPOS and stock control systems
Ability to analyse and evaluate information to deliver business objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about food, drink and customer service
High level of professional standard and quality driven
