Role Summary:

We're looking for a passionate recruiter with a retail edge to help us find and grow the best talent across the UK & Europe. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you'll get to partner with our leaders, influence strategy, and travel into markets to really understand our stores, people, and culture
What You'll Be Doing:

Spot the best:

You'll headhunt, source and build a pipeline of exceptional retail talent across Europe, turning industry knowledge into real hires.

Own the process:

From briefing and advertising through to sourcing and interviewing, you'll take full ownership of retail recruitment.

Be a market expert:

Advise hiring managers on the talent landscape, competitor insights, and salary benchmarks.

Coach & partner:

Guide leaders through the hiring process and help them make great people and hiring decisions.

Expand our footprint:

Support new store openings across the UK & Europe, helping us land the right talent as we grow.

Shape strategy:

Partner with our head office recruitment team on projects that drive retail hiring forward.

Travel & connect:

Spend time in stores, meet teams, and build authentic connections with local markets.

Lead & inspire:

Manage and mentor a Recruitment Coordinator, supporting their growth and ensuring excellence in delivery.



What You'll Need:
Recruitment experience in a fast-paced retail, search, or agency environment, you love the hunt as much as the close. A natural headhunter's mindset: curious, strategic, and commercially sharp. High energy, resilience, and confidence, with empathy and people skills to match. Strong organizational skills, able to juggle projects while keeping an eye on the details. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to effectively influence. A real passion for fashion retail and building teams that reflect our culture and vision.
