The Role:

Lead retention strategy and team development to drive player engagement, maximize revenue, and create unforgettable gaming experiences.

What you will be doing:

Lead and develop

a team of Strategists and Junior Strategists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management

Design and execute

comprehensive retention strategies including CRM campaigns, onsite communications, and cross-selling initiatives

Plan and brief

above and below-the-line promotional campaigns that drive player engagement and revenue growth

Optimize monetization features

using gamification principles and innovative mechanics to boost player lifetime value

Analyse player behaviour

to create personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-game channels

Collaborate cross-functionally

with design, content, product, and marketing teams to deliver compelling player experiences

What we are looking for:

Proven

CRM Experience

in Casino or Social/Sweepstake casino within the entertainment or gaming industry

Team management experience

with a track record of developing and mentoring team members

Strong analytical mindset

with expertise in player segmentation, lifecycle management, and A/B testing

Technical proficiency

with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software

Creative problem-solving

skills with the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication

and leadership abilities with fluent English
