We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Revit Technician who is keen to join our Building Information and Modelling (BIM) department.
Based at either our new modern head office in central Swindon which has good travel links to London, Bristol and Bath, or one of our other offices in Oxford, Bristol or Cornwall, you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset and gain invaluable knowledge from other team members, whilst working closely with our other business groups.

Your role will include:
Engaging with engineers to assist in the design of MEP systems and their design in detail.
Developing complex models considering basic engineering principles.
Collaborating with internal Engineers and external Design team members to create coordinated MEP models
Detailed understanding of BIM and what its process involves.
Knowledge and application of relevant standards such as ISO19650.
Work in accordance with company processes.
Creating detailed MEP drawings From RIBA Stage 2 through to Stage 4.
Collaborating with engineers and external design team members to create clash free models relevant to the design stage.
We provide a wide-ranging technical consultancy service with sustainability at the heart of the design process.
Experience/ skills required
Vast Experience of using Autodesk Revit for MEP. With the ability to work autonomously in the software.
Experience of working to project specific BEP's.
Knowledge of utilising the BIM process.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to query design and provide constructive comments to both internal team members and external design team members at meetings.
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to manage and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
Experience/ skills desirable
:
Using Navisworks or Solibri to run automated Clash detection.
Experience of working to BSRIA BG/6.
Qualifications desired are 5 GCSE's at grade C or Higher (Maths & Sciences B) and some work experience. A Levels or BTEC in related subject and Experience in a similar Revit MEP role.
