Your role:

Leading and mentoring a team of practitioners in your designated room Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children Planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with our "Where Children Shine" curriculum Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Supporting the Nursery Manager in operational excellence and compliance

What we're looking for:

Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting Passion for child development and a commitment to safeguarding Excellent communication and team-building skills A proactive, positive attitude and a love for lifelong learning
