An exciting position has opened up within our busy nursery!
We are looking for somebody to take the next step in their career and join our team as a a senior room leader (Based in our toddler room, working with children aged 2 - 3 years old.)
The candidate will be required to lead the room working alonsigde a small staff team and will be based within this room, overseeing the day to day running, ensuring it is a fun, exciting and safe enviornment whereby children thrive and we have a positive impact on children's hollisitic development.
You will take on the role of being a key person for at least 6 key children and will be responsible for ensuring every child in your room has accurate assesments carried out on them including the 2 year development review.
In addition to this you will work alongside the management as part of our team supporting us and coming up with new ideas to help us drive the nursery forward.
You must:
Have a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
Have worked with children aged 2-3 years old in a nursery setting for a minimum of 2 years after qualification.
Show a willing and can do, positive attitude
Be able to cope well under pressure
Be able to commuicate effectively and delegate roles to staff members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
