What You'll Do

Lead and oversee multiple nursery rooms, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent care and education Inspire, mentor, and support your team to uphold the Bee Curious curriculum with passion and expertise Manage daily room operations, maintaining strong communication with parents and colleagues Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes professional development and wellbeing Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with the Centre Director to shape the nursery's vision and success

What You Bring

Level 3 childcare qualification or higher Proven leadership experience in early years education A genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcare and educational outcomes Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills Enthusiasm for shaping a brand-new nursery's culture and success
