So much so, it's said that one year at easyJet is worth three elsewhere - that's 'Orange Years' and why joining us is so much more than a job, it's a career full of variety and possibility.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all crew rosters are safe, legal, and cost-effective, adhering strictly to company regulations, guidelines, and industrial agreements. Your duties will include maintaining crew rosters in the live environment up until they are handed over to the Integrated Crew Control (ICC), as well as ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of internal Roster Quality checklists. You will be tasked with meeting internal roster publication deadlines and maintaining effective communication within the crew supply chain to manage training, leave, and status commitments. Regular quality control checks, audits of manuals and procedures, and the planning and delivery of training associated with new agreements or projects will also fall under your remit. You will ensure the availability of the required crew in relation to the agreed standby plans and coordinate the daily activities of Rostering officers, prioritising tasks as instructed by the Rostering Manager. You will act as on-call during roster production periods and handle any ad hoc work or projects needed to support the Rostering Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the rostering department.
