THE ROLE



The Senior SaaS PMO, EMEA acts as the main contact point between the SaaS EMEA Regional organization and the PMO. This role ensures governance processes are efficiently managed and aligned with business needs, while also driving automation and continuous improvement.





OPPORTUNITIES



Maintain regular contact with the SaaS Operations department to manage BAU activities (Governance processes, Cost Optimization, Capacity Management, KPI tracking, etc.) Act as the first point of contact for Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams, managing responses to audit requests Lead regional rollout of Temenos-wide and SaaS initiatives, and globally lead at least one initiative Collaborate with other SaaS PMO teams (FinOps, Cost Sizing, Reporting & AI) to ensure regional needs are addressed Drive data-driven and automated processes using modern data management, AI, and reporting tools
Establish and manage a document library for a unified view of regional documentation





SKILLS



Proven experience in governance and PMO processes within a financial software or SaaS company Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify true business needs Applied knowledge of ITIL, Agile (ideally Agile Release Train), and OKRs Proficiency in MS Data Fabric and Power BI is a strong advantage Excellent communication skills across all levels, with the ability to influence and ensure governance adherence
Demonstrated enthusiasm for acquiring domain knowledge
