Summary

Due to company growth, we are seeking a

Senior Sales Advisor

to join our dynamic team at Home and Trade Ltd. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in home improvement materials to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. As the senior Sales Advisor you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. This role involves generating new leads, maintaining and expanding a portfolio of customers, and assisting the enhancement of the overall performance of the sales department. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify business opportunities, implement sales strategies, and improve overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

Generate New Sales Leads Control, Maintain, and Increase Sales in Staff Portfolio Onboard New Customers Compare Prices from Competitors

Requirements

Sales Expertise

: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the builders merchant or construction industry.

Market Knowledge

: In-depth understanding of the construction and building materials industry. (Preferred)

Customer Relationship Management

: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships. Proven track record of successful client onboarding and customer retention.

Communication & Negotiation Skills

: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Personal Attributes

Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong sales focus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Adaptable and proactive in identifying and solving problems. A positive attitude, with the ability to motivate your team members.
