If you have sales experience, we offer a starting salary between 35,000 - 40,000 with a structured career progression plan, OTE are as high as 60,000 (this is uncapped).

What You'll Be Doing:

Find the best insurance deals for first-time and young drivers, identify needs and make sure they get the best bang for their buck.

Take full ownership of the sales process from initial contract through to completion adhering to all FCA guidelines

Smash personal and team targets - with loads of rewards and incentives along the way.

In addition to your own sales responsibilities, you will play an active role in leading by example and supporting your sales pod and wider team hopefully being able to progress into sales management / team lead

Build great relationships with your customers.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years' experience in a sales role within the insurance or a similar regulated industry

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment

A motivated individual who enjoys working towards targets and earning commission.

Great problem-solving skills - you'll be helping young drivers find the best options for them!
