What you will do
As a Senior Sales Advisor you will be responsible for providing presales functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. You will develop and deliver high quality Oracle Health presentations and demonstrations and present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle Health solutions. You will also provide written responses to customer requirements during the sales process. The Senior Sales Advisor acts as a resource for less experienced Sales Consultants.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:

  • Expert level knowledge of Oracle Health solutions.
  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the Oracle Health solutions.
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within internal sales force automation system.
  • Manage and prioritize sales opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of Oracle applications to all levels including line of business end users, managers, and "C" level executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: storytelling, needs analysis, value positioning, business justification, closing techniques, presentation skills, proposals.
  • Provide input to, and gather insight from, other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.
  • Travel up to 60%
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Public Healthcare IT e.g. NHS, Securite Sociale etc.
Extensive work experience with Patient Administration Systems (PAS)
Previous Sales experience preferred; vendor or existing customer experience also preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques
Ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments
