Summary



We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Senior Sales Advisor

to join our dynamic team at Highland Campervans. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of the sales team. You'll act as a senior point of contact for customers throughout the sales journey and help maintain the dealership's reputation for quality and reliability. This role is ideal for someone looking to move into a management role, with the vision and character to drive the team forward together.

Responsibilities



Sales Achievements:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, securing profitable sales.Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and forecasting future sales.

Sales Process Management:

Managing the sales cycle, from lead generation, to customer contact and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and personalised customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and advising on suitable motorhome models and financing options.

Mentoring, Coaching and Team Support:

Mentor other sales advisors, share best practices, and support in training and development activities to drive overall team performance. Ensure adequate rota cover and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of motorhome features, specifications, and market trends. Stay informed on competitor offerings and industry developments.

Lead Management:

Proactively follow up on leads, enquiries, and test drives using CRM tools. Help optimise the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all vehicle sales are processed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations and company policies, including finance and part-exchange deals.

Customer Satisfaction:

Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns and help resolve issues quickly and professionally to uphold our commitment to excellent service and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Showroom Presentation:

Assist in maintaining the showroom and outdoor display to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are presented accurately and attractively.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Working with other departments, such as marketing and the workshop, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements



Proven Sales Experience:

Experience in sales, preferably in the motorhome, automotive, or leisure vehicle sector.

Business Acumen:

Understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and financial concepts. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Leadership and Mentoring Skills:

Ability to guide and support other team members.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services. A passion for motorhomes, travel or outdoor leisure is a strong advantage.

Office Skills:

Competency in CRM systems and MS Office.

Full UK driving licence

(or equivalent).

Organisation and Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with excellent attention to detail.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff, build rapport with a customer-first attitude.

Negotiation and Persuasion Skills:

Ability to influence customers, negotiate effectively and close deals.

Pay: 27,000.00-47,000.00 per year
