Dress2party are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic and friendly team selling our gorgeous evening wear, bridesmaid and prom gowns .

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting the management team in achieving store objectives.

You will also take responsibility for the running of the warehouse and ensuring stock correct and updating stock system

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Assist customers in selecting a gown , providing product knowledge and recommendations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Mentor and train new staff members on sales techniques and store policies. Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and store goals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Participate in inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment Participate in managing online sales and returns

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a senior role. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions. A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
