We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our great team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our brand. You will lead by example making sure the store is always kept to a high standard and you keep proactive and motivated.

We are looking for someone who excels in fast pace environment but who can be proactive in down time to join our small dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong interest in all aspects of the shop from cleaning, stocking & replenishing to ordering & helping offload orders into the store. To be committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques. Assist in training and mentoring new team members to foster a collaborative environment. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness & visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a senior role. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in retail trends. The successful candidate must be Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic

Available to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends

Must be confident in running the store alone. This includes opening & closing alone.

Maintain high store presentation at all times.

This position is for a minimum of 24 hours per week There will be more hours available at peak trading times and to cover annual leave.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
