JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
To work in partnership with the Store Management team to oversee the day-to day running of the store, including selling, motivating the team of Sales Associates to drive sales. As a Senior Sales Assistant you will be a role model in operational excellence, through your knowledge in both store operations and brand excellence. You will bring a level of energy which inspires others to deliver results. You will have outstanding customer service and will drive sales through coaching, training and communicating policies and procedures.
As a Senior Sales Assistant you would be a Key Holder for your store and responsible for opening and closing the store in the Store Managers absence. As a EssilorLuxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Company values and the Oakley culture.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Achieving high levels of sales performance and results on the shop floor
Covering the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in their absence - including opening and closing the store.
Ensuring store operations are adhered to in accordance to Company operating procedures and policies.
Ensuring stock compliance through regular frame counts in accordance to store operating procedures.
Driving performance through others by coaching and mentoring the Sales Associates on the shop floor.
Leading from the front in terms of brand and product knowledge by ensuring you are regularly attending brand/product training.
Brand and Product ambassadors.
Coach associates to consistently deliver effective selling behaviors resulting in high customer engagement.

High school education or equivalent experience
2+ years' store management experience
Customer centric with a positive attitude
Languages
English fluent and other languages are a plus
