is seeking a driven and experienced

Senior Label (Sales) Consultant

to join their expanding team at a pivotal moment in their growth journey. This is more than just a sales role - it's about going the extra mile to uncover new opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and deliver a memorable client experience from first contact to final delivery.

We're looking for someone who's proactive, dynamic, and passionate about making connections - someone who can own the entire sales cycle and become a trusted voice for clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and secure new clients, building both short-term wins and long-term partnerships Use a consultative, solutions-based sales approach to understand client needs and offer tailored label solutions Manage the complete sales process - from initial contact through to delivery - ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout Create high-impact, professional sales proposals using a variety of technologies, clearly showcasing Xpress Labels' unique value proposition Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals Collaborate closely with internal teams to help shape and strengthen our overall sales strategy Accurately manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, maintaining clear and up-to-date records.

What we are looking for:



Proven success in a senior sales role, with a track record of winning new business and nurturing client relationships Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging clients at all levels The ability to create compelling and professional sales proposals, leveraging multiple technologies to highlight Xpress Labels' high quality product Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred. A strategic thinker with a proactive and self-motivated approach Ambitious and adaptable - ready to help shape and grow the future of the sales department.
