At Sofas by Saxon, we don't just make sofas -- we handcraft heritage. As an employee-owned British furniture company, every team member is a partner in our success. We're now evolving our flagship showroom team and seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to help drive sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Sales Excellence

Deliver high value, consultative retail sales (average order value: 3.5k+) Guide retail and trade customers through their buying journey Represent the brand across showroom, phone, live chat, and digital channels Our showroom is open seven days a week, so weekend working is expected as part of a fair, rotating shift pattern

Own the CRM Agenda

Drive daily CRM engagement for your leads, cross referencing outreach efforts with your team Ensure tasks, follow-ups, and sales activities are aligned and up to date

What We're Looking For

2+ years in consultative sales -- ideally with retailer, trade or interiors exposure CRM confidence -- with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot Organised and proactive -- able to manage your time and drive wider team action A natural relationship builder -- warm, thoughtful, and highly communicative Calm under pressure -- able to manage multiple tasks and channels simultaneously
