Base Salary: 30,000.00 - 33,000.00 per year

Year One On Target Earnings: 50,000 - 60,000+

Unmissable and recently introduced opportunity in the Leatherhead area for talented and driven Sales Consultants to join well established Insurance provider that has doubled in size to over 95 people in the last 12 months. We provide a rewarding and thriving company culture where we are actively seeking people looking to progress quickly and improve their financial situations.

Due to a successful 12 months of growth we have expanded into a new super slick office that allows us to continue our hyper growth as we aim to be 200+ sales people by end of 2027.

Our new office is based close to the train station with excellent links to Leatherhead town and a range of pubs, shops, restaurants and gyms all within walking distance for you to take advantage of on your breaks.

Aiming to be an industry leader in the Life Insurance sector we're hiring experienced Senior Sales Consultants from a variety of Insurance Sales backgrounds and we are committed to your ongoing professional growth with internal mapped out progression routes to Principle Sales and Team Leadership roles. Your Role:

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers as they buy Life Insurance, supporting families ensuring the best fit policy for their needs. We are growing our team of Advised Insurance Consultants

Outbound telephone sales

Using our expertly sourced leads & converting them into sales. Management of sales pipeline working on a 13-20% conversion rate

Applying for Life Insurance with our customers over the phone, working out which product best suits their needs

Working on a busy sales floor

Your Skills:

2+ Years experience in a fast paced Insurance Sales Environment

Drive, tenacity, resilience and enthusiasm

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Work efficiently and at a fast pace with managers to prioritise tasks

Proven Sales experience with a record of high achievement

Drive to continuously improve personally and professionally

Basics of the Role:

Salary starting from 30,000 - 33,000

Structured progression route and ongoing promotions & Pay Increases

Internal Agent-to-Management Scheme, setting you up for a management role!

Competitive and realistic OTE of 50,000 - 60,000 Depending on previous experience

Working Hours: 9 - 6:30 everyday

1 hr for lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks

Monday to Friday - no evenings no weekends!

Hybrid Working - Performance based - up to 3 days per week - Once probation is completed
