Our boutique showroom in Sunninghill showcases carefully selected materials, appliances and design solutions, with each project tailored to reflect the individuality of our clients.

Position Summary:

This a senior, client-facing role combining creative design expertise with a strong sales and commercial focus. You will be responsible for translating client requirements into compelling, high-quality design solutions that support the sales process and drive conversion. From initial client engagement through to signed agreement, you will take ownership of the design journey, working closely with clients, sales, and internal teams to ensure proposals are both visually impactful and commercially effective.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Leading in-depth client consultations, interpreting briefs to understand client needs, objectives, and budget requirements

- Taking full ownership of the sales process, managing enquiries using a structured and proactive approach leading to a successful sales agreement

- Generate high-quality design solutions and quotations to present and negotiate with clients in-person

- Collaborate closely with creative designer and installers to ensure design solutions are technically and commercially viable and aligned with client expectations

- Manage projects through entire sales process from initial consultation to handover of project

- Ensure all designs comply with relevant technical, regulatory and company requirements

- Maintain accurate records of design revisions, approvals and client communications

- Proactively identify and resolve potential design, budget, or scheduling issues during the sales process

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven track record in a sales-focused role, ideally within the KBB industry

- Strong Design capability with experience producing client-ready concepts, layouts and detailed quotations

- Proficient in Compusoft Winner (essential)

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport and long-term client relationships

- High level of accuracy when interpreting plans, site measurements, and technical documentation

- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience conducting on-site measurements for cabinetry installations

- Familiarity with additional CAD software such as SketchUp (advantageous)

Full, valid driver's licence required
