• Eleven have partnered exclusively with a Northern Powerhouse to headhunt a Sales Director.
• They have a global market share in the Speciality Chemicals and Oils sector.
• A sector they are leaders in, but know they have a few flaws, and this is where you could add a sales value.
• They want to speak with Senior Sales Managers who can be instrumental in driving the business into a new era of growth.
• You would be leading the Sales team across the main regions which include the UK, Europe, APAC, and Americas.
• You would be expected to be on site for the first few months so you can \'smell\' the site and know how the products and people operate on a day to day basis, then you would be expected with travel to customers across various geographical locations.
• You would be taking full ownership of key customers, driving new sales avenues for the team of Area Managers who would report into this role.
• Reporting into a flat structure, this role would report into the group MD who has performed this role for several years.
