Job Description

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today's workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they've learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK's first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren't stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We're building a world where tech skills unlock people's potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

The Opportunity

The Sales Enablement team is crucial to the success of our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. We ensure our team members are equipped to

The Role: Sales Enablement Senior Manager

Our Senior Sales Enablement Manager will be

directly supporting and driving

the execution of GTM playbooks for individual contributors and leaders. In this role, you will

analyze the core components

You will regularly align with key stakeholders to capture and

distill insights

on engagements, both quantitative and qualitative. Using this data-driven perspective, you will think

programmatically

to design training and content solutions that simplify best practice and maximize learner application.

You will be recognized as a

key expert and trusted advisor

for execution support and skill development, leading sessions for pillar programs such as Onboarding Academy and Multiverse Leader Training, as well as the new programs you will design as you progress in the role.

The successful candidate will be a

trusted and credible partner

to both executive leadership and our field-facing teams. We expect a professional will thrive in this role if they:

Possess a

nuanced understanding

of complex, enterprise deal cycles. Have

proven success

in a hyper-growth, MEDDPICC sales environment. Can

deconstruct sales processes

into their component parts and communicate best practice with concision and clarity. Can elevate their strategic thinking from defining "what success looks like" to determining

"the most effective path for individuals to learn and apply that successful behavior."

Demonstrate

versatility

as a professional to develop as a skilful project manager and stakeholder partner who delivers quality work reliably. Want to be part of a team where

AI exploration is a default ingredient

in every project.

Prior experience in a dedicated Sales Enablement role is not required.

You must possess

deep, proven expertise in GTM organizations

through numerous years in high-growth tech, and have the

demonstrated drive and capacity

to channel your existing knowledge and skills into an Enablement function.
