This isn't a role for rookies. We want someone sharp,commercial,and fearless when it comes to closing deals. Quick on your feet,confident on the phone,and never missing a chance to upsell - you'll be the magic behind the biggest celebrations of the year.



What you'll be doing



Owning & converting Christmas party and event enquiries Turning "thinking about it" into "booked it" with speed and style Building client relationships that last beyond December Upselling festive drinks packages,party add-ons & entertainment Smashing seasonal sales targets with the team Flying the flag for Nightcap - bringing our late-night energy to every conversation


What we're looking for



A proven sales experience Someone who thrives in the buzz of high-volume festive sales Confident,resilient & unapologetically target-driven Organised enough to juggle a full inbox while keeping clients feeling special Passionate about nightlife,cocktails,and parties that don't stop at midnight
