Due to continued growth, we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Harrogate.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and onboarding new clients. This is a predominantly phone-based role, ideal for someone with a passion for consultative selling, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and inbound leads, following up on enquiries Understand client needs and clearly articulate the benefits of our services Close sales confidently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in our CRM system Collaborate with the writing team to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our sales processes and client experience
About You

Proven experience in telesales or phone-based business development A confident and engaging communicator with excellent listening skills Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed goals Highly organised, self-motivated, and resilient Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team A genuine interest in career development and helping others succeed
