The role
To achieve new sales / proactive sales, maintain agency relationships and react to incoming enquiries for the Seasoned portfolio.

CORE DUTIES
Work in conjunction with Head of Sales to ensure execution of the sales plan for all of Seasoned Events.
Develop and maintain a database of bookers and regularly communicate about the venue, offers and any other relevant news to generate new business.
Formulate proposals in a timely manner for incoming enquiries.
Identify new contract opportunities for Seasoned Events including but not limited to, listed venues, contract venues and sporting hospitality events. Arrange appointments for Head of Sales at potential business opportunities.
Plan and execute successful follow-up action for all calls / connections.
Take full ownership for Seasoned Events agency programme (Seasoned Supporters) and all entertainment surrounding the programme.
Attend key commercial events within the venues and local and national networking opportunities to raise the exposure of the venues and outside catering opportunities.
Generate enquiries and convert those enquiries to reach an annual financial target.
Produce weekly and ad hoc reports in the department..
Ensure Event Works is being used correctly and data is clean and up to date.
Contribute to activities on social media to ensure that all activities are achieved to deadline on the sales and marketing plan.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Identify and maintain database of key clients and undertake regular interaction to encourage additional business from these key accounts.
Effectively communicate with Key Clients via telephone, face to face and written communication to identify full potential for, and to gain maximum commitment to purchase Seasoned Events / Crown Partnership Products.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of all Seasoned Events Venues / Crown Partnership products.
Be able to match appropriate Seasoned Events products to clients' requirements.
Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all Seasoned Events / Crown Partnership products and effectively communicate the benefits of using these products to clients.
Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products,
ADMINISTRATION
Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities.
Plan diary to make effective use of working day.
Maintain accurate records of all contacts and conversations with clients. (Sales report and summary reports)
Handle correspondence related to all selling activities. (quotations, emails, confirmation letters to venues)
GENERAL
Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
Represent Seasoned Events and Crown Partnership in a professional manner at all times.
Undertake all responsibilities with reference to Crown Partnership procedures.
Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company's
Health and Safety Policy.
Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record in line with Company Policy.
Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Development Director.

Supporting venue managers to reduce Seasoned's environmental impact (reducing food waste, utilities efficient).
Support Seasoned executive team and compliance manager with maintaining ISO14001.
