Senior Sales Executive - Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury
An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Senior Sales Executive at our Salisbury dealership. Applicants will need to have a passion for sales and excellent face-to-face customer care skills. We are looking for candidates who are currently top performers and candidates will be expected to discuss and demonstrate at interview your ability in this area.
Duties will include:
Assisting the Transaction/Sales Manager on an ad hoc basis as and when required.
Ensure all transactions are fully compliant and signed within FCA guidelines.
The managing of the customer journey through the Finance/Sales process ensuring all parameters are met.
Maximising all profit opportunities in line with all parameters set, generating income from the sale of finance and insurance products.
Ensure that all finance paperwork is checked for accuracy and is processed in a timely manner prior to delivery.
Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting the Mercedes-Benz range.
Managing orders on hand and supervising order processing.
Carrying out follow-up contacts to customer and prospects; processing and managing a customer file.
Using, establishing and fostering contacts with departments/units which support Sales.
Holding sales talks and providing customers with information and advice on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and used vehicles/equipment/accessories/conditions and other issues.
Concluding sales contracts and making any required amendments.
Exceptional customer service skills are essential as is a proactive approach and determination to sell cars. Successful candidates will currently be working in sales in the motor trade.
Applicants will be expected to be immaculately attired as is befitting the Mercedes brand, must hold a full driving licence and have the right to work UK.
The showroom is open from 8.00 - 18.30 Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 - 16:00 Sunday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required however; a 5-day week will be worked.
42.5 hours per week
Applicants must hold a full driving licence.
