The Senior Sales Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of Elior UK's finance sales strategy. This includes overseeing the financial performance of new business opportunities, and current renewals, monitoring pipeline activity, and ensuring profitability through robust appraisal and investment committee processes. The role also supports the strategic development of the sales function by contributing to annual budgeting, preparing bid financials for approval, achieving sales targets, and delivering accurate financial reporting.

What you'll be doing...

As a Senior Sales Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring a financially robust sales model that drives strategic growth and supports business objectives. You will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the sales organization, ensuring consistency across bids, accurate commission processing, and timely, high-quality reporting. You will partner with leadership to provide strategic insights and deliver annual sales budgets aligned with company priorities.

Sign off of new business/retention financial proposals. Support the development and refinement of the sales operating model, including pricing decisions and margin optimisation. Review sales bids for strategic and financial alignment, including those outside direct remit. Coordinate sales team inputs for the planning cycle, including: Annual and in-year sales and profit impacts Market and sector breakdowns Capital requirements and investment opportunities Mobilisation expectations Drive consistency in reporting via the sales CRM system. Provide commercial support for key bid submissions. Provide actionable insights into the sales strategy based on the profile of wins/losses. Deliver accurate and timely reporting for the UK sales function, including weekly status reporting, monthly Growth pack, Board pack, forecasting and budgeting of sales growth etc. Prepare commission payments for sign-off by Executive Sales Director's. Deliver post investment appraisals ensuring contracts deliver as expected. Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Directors, Sector Directors, Managing Directors, and Senior Finance Managers to develop annual sales budgets.
