As Adobe\xe2\x80\x99s most purpose driven sector, the candidate should display strong solid understanding of the Education sector and technologies and process that support institutional and student success. Adobe offers market leading software, applications, services and experiences that support teaching in learning across education institutions. Our growth targets are ambitious, and we need thoughtful, successful sales leaders who have the skills, experience and track record to work with their team to develop and drive enterprise institution wide growth.

What you\'ll Do

Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a diverse world-class team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Drive daily, monthly and quarterly cadence within the team structure

Align closely with product teams to develop sales strategies across the Education portfolio

Generation of net new revenue through driving and developing sales strategies that enable student success

Demonstrate ability to work closely with Partners and Solutions Consulting

Develop and execute go-to-market for Education in specified market areas

Demonstrate solution selling capabilities

Create a thriving and collaborative partner ecosystem

What you need to succeed

Validated director level leadership experience in Enterprise Software sales with a track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.

Show success in selling to Education executive leaders, CIOs and Digital Leaders

Excellent networking ability

Skilled Solution seller with proven track record in building win-win proposals

Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written).

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Able to maintain a high level of efficiency and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment
