We have a fabulous opportunity to join our London cluster which encompasses St Martins Lane London, Sanderson London & Mondrian Shoreditch as a Senior Sales Manager - Business Travel & TMC.

Reporting into the Director of Sales you will be responsible for driving Business Travel and Travel Management Companies (TMC) business into St Martins Lane, Sanderson and Mondrian Shoreditch.

Whether it be developing and implementing annual sales plans to representing the hotels at relevant industry networking events and organising client entertainment - no two days are the same!

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
  • 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a proactive sales role managing the TMC and / or Business Travel segments.
  • You ideally have multi property experience and have a little black book of Corporate Travel Managers and TMC\xe2\x80\x99s agents that you can tap into.
  • Passion about hotel sales and goal driven.
  • You function best in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Efficiency in using Microsoft office and experience using Opera/Delphi, Cvent and other RFP tools would be an advantage.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required.
  • Hot-desking across the hotels is required.
  • Ability to undertake national and international sales trips as required.
