Purpose of the Role:
To drive revenue growth through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and direct sales within the agricultural sector. The Senior Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships with agricultural dealerships and farmers, manage the full sales cycle, and represent OES Engineering at industry events and trade shows. The role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently while aligning closely with the Managing Director and internal teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads within the agricultural sector
Build and nurture long-term relationships with agricultural dealerships and farmers
Sell engineering solutions directly to customers, ensuring a customer-first approach
Develop and execute regional and national sales strategies
Attend and represent OES Engineering at trade shows, agricultural exhibitions, and industry events
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to the Managing Director
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and supported effectively
Travel regularly across Ireland and Great Britain, with occasional overnight stays

Person Specification:
Essential Criteria:
Minimum of
3 years' experience in a sales role
