About you:
You're a senior sales leader with a strong record managing enterprise account portfolios over 15M ARR. You've led large, spread-out teams across new business, existing customers, customer success, and sales specialists. You use consultative selling and data to plan and execute strategic accounts. You build and maintain C-level relationships and handle complex buying processes. You've grown key accounts worth 1M+ ARR and developed territory strategies that boost customer value and market share. You keep up with recruitment trends and help position Access as the go-to technology partner. You work well independently and drive change through influence.
