This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager within the Wholesale Team, at Rodanto Ltd, located in Sidcup. The Senior Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies in the Wholesale Team to grow the company's market share. Responsibilities include managing key client relationships, identifying business opportunities, leading the sales team, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales targets. They will also coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate forecasting, and timely delivery to clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, specifically Wholesale, client relationship management, and business development
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Understanding of market trends and strong product knowledge.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software.
Experience in the fresh produce industry essential.
Ability to work on-site and efficiently collaborate with colleagues and other departments
Driving license required.
