What You'll Be Doing
As a key player in our sales team, your day-to-day will be varied:
Welcoming and registering new applicants - you'll be the face of the business!
Building strong, lasting relationships with both vendors and buyers
Arranging and conducting viewings with enthusiasm and professionalism
Negotiating offers and expertly handling sales progression through to completion
Hitting (and exceeding!) your targets - we love a motivated achiever
Referring opportunities across departments - we're one team!
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a senior negotiator who brings:
A proven track record in residential sales
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organisational skills
Drive, ambition, and a proactive approach
Confidence working independently and within a team
A good level of IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
A full UK driving licence
