As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will be:
Arrange and conduct property viewings (when needed) with confidence and professionalism Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers Negotiate offers effectively to secure the best outcomes Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey Actively contribute to business growth by generating new opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
Recent and relevant experience working as a Sales Negotiator Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated, well-organised, and capable of managing a busy workload with minimal supervision * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
