Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

This established and award-winning independent Estate Agency are looking to add an experienced sales negotiator to their team with the intention to maximise opportunity as they continue to grow market share. The new member of the team should have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing them to not only match buyers with sellers but also forward thinking with concern to about to list or unlisted property.

Must haves: Confident telephone manner, want to learn, consistent and reliable.

Key responsibilities: To focus wholly on the selling process and build relationships with buyers whilst maximising opportunity.

Working hours at 9am-6.00pm Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week in lieu (5 day working week).

Company computer, computer mobile, parking and private health care all provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 50,000.00 per year
