Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated

Senior Estate Agent / Branch Manager

to come and join our team. We are an independent Estate Agency in Ely

You'll be responsible for generating, booking and marketing valuations, conduct property viewings and valuations, negotiating directly with our clients and buyers, managing sales from initial enquiry and viewing through to exchange and completion. Carrying out AML checks, Marketing the property including preparing floor plans, photos and uploading onto web sites. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets within the branch.

This successful candidate will be joining a small team of very experienced estate agents, so a willingness to learn from- and collaborate with- your colleagues to ensure the best outcomes is key.

Skills and experience required:

Minimum 5 years' experience in Estate Agency Able to generate new business Outstanding customer care / customer service experience Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of AML procedure. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities

You'll be at the forefront of driving the sales business growth You will take ownership of daily operations, ensuring targets are met while building strong relationships with both buyers and vendors Your role will focus on generating new business, repeat transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers Managing viewings, negotiating offers, and finalising sales Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations Driving business growth by staying ahead of local competition

Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year
