experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator (Senior Property Marketing Consultant)

Your Day-to-Day:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and buyers Generate new business opportunities and secure quality property instructions Conduct accurate market appraisals and create standout property listings Market properties creatively using professional photography, high-quality brochures, and compelling descriptions Negotiate offers, oversee transactions, and ensure smooth progression to completion Promote additional company services and maximise revenue opportunities Stay informed on local market trends, pricing, and competitor activity Contribute to team success through collaboration and mentoring junior staff where needed

What We're Looking For:

Proven estate agency experience is essential

- minimum of 1-2 years in residential sales

Full UK driving licence (manual)

and access to your own vehicle Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware Confident, professional, and well-organised with attention to detail Team-oriented with leadership potential and ambition to progress
