We are now seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful Edgware team and play a key role in driving sales and strengthening client relationships.


Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will lead high-value property transactions, manage your own portfolio of clients, and contribute to new business generation. You will also support and mentor junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping the team achieve and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Negotiation:


Manage the entire sales process, from initial valuation to exchange and completion.


Conduct accurate market appraisals and property valuations.


Arrange and carry out property viewings, highlighting key selling features.


Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure the best outcomes.


Advise clients on pricing strategies, market trends, and property presentation.


Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with vendors and buyers.


Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.


Provide regular updates, feedback, and guidance to clients and applicants.


Team Leadership & Support:


Mentor and support junior negotiators, sharing best practices and driving performance.


Assist in training and onboarding new team members.


Support branch management in driving office performance and meeting targets.


Business Development:


Win new instructions through prospecting, networking, and referrals.


Represent Benjamin Stevens at local events, open houses, and community activities.


Keep up to date with the local property market, competitors, and industry trends.


Administration & Compliance:


Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and complies with AML, GDPR, and other industry regulations.


Keep CRM systems up to date with client communications and transaction details.


Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other third parties as needed.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


Minimum 1-2 years' experience in residential sales within an estate agency.


Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals.


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.


Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and transactions.


Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and major property portals.


Full, clean UK driving licence (company vehicle may be provided).
